Our highly experienced crew will survey and quote your project based on years of experience. We start by looking for the condition of the concrete, water issues, level issues, cracks, sunlight exposure etc... We then determine vapor barrier, crack repair, self-leveling compounds, etc... The prep work begins with grinding the surface, filling all the cracks and leveling the surface. If water issues are present, we determine a proper vapor barrier for the conditions. We then apply a base coat followed by subsequent coats, colors, underlaid images, flakes, metallics etc... If the concrete has issues with flex, we make sure we use the proper flex agents, for direct sunlight we make sure to use UV resistant chemicals.
